BACK YOURSELF 28
4 WEEKS | UNLIMITED CLASSES | 4 STEPS
You're good at a lot of things. Holding it all together. Being the one people rely on. Remembering the thing nobody else remembered.
Switching off isn't one of them.
Work follows you home. Your brain follows you to bed. And the hour you keep promising yourself keeps getting bumped for something that feels more important.
Back Yourself 28 is 4 weeks to go from running on everyone else's "shoulds" to backing yourself, without waiting for things to calm down.
High-energy dance cardio gets you out of your head in the room. Simple tools make it stick outside it. No waiting for January, or for a quieter month. You start where you are.
THe FOUR STEPS
01 The Release
Dance cardio that feels like a night out. Dark room, pink lights, loud music. The songs repeat for weeks, so it clicks by your third class. For one hour there's no room in your head for anything else.
03 The Unload
Tuning In To You, a guided planner on your phone. Get everything that's rattling around your head out of it, get clear on what actually matters to you right now, and decide what you can let go.
02 The Fuel
Fuel Your Rush. Not a diet. No tracking, no rules, no clean-eating reset that falls over by Wednesday. Just practical ways to eat that support your energy and your mood.
04 The Shift
Habit Shift. One or two small habits that fit the week you actually have, so showing up becomes automatic. No talking yourself into it. You just go.
What’s INcluded
-
Your 28 days start at your first class, not the day you buy. Come to any class at Takapuna, Ellerslie, Pakuranga, Grey Lynn or Murrays Bay. One class a week is genuinely enough to feel it.
This programme does not automatically roll on to a membership. Your first class must start before 21st November 2026.
-
Log in from your phone or laptop and everything is there from day one: Fuel Your Rush, Tuning In To You and Habit Shift. Your journal answers save as you go, so you can do it at your own pace.
-
Coffee after Saturday class at Takapuna, Ellerslie, Pakuranga and Murrays Bay. Plus free walking clubs, picnics in the park, and beach swims at Murrays Bay and Takapuna, hosted by members and instructors. They don't run every week, but there's usually something coming up and it’s updated in the portal.
-
To keep you feeling connected and accountable. Includes tips, journaling prompts and added guidance related to goal setting, mindset, habits and nutrition.
-
I'll personally check in with you in your first fortnight and again in your final week, to see how you're going and what you'd like next.
WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS IN THE ROOM
The room is dark on purpose. Low light, pink glow, loud music. Nobody can see whether you got the arms right, including you.
Every class is guided, start to finish. There's no beginners' round to wait for. Everyone in the room learns the same routine together, with an instructor leading the way.
It clicks by class three. Songs stay on the playlist for weeks, so what feels new this week feels familiar by your third class.
23 to 49, and nobody's counting. Dance experience not needed. Some of us have joined a dance class before. Most of us haven't since school.
Plenty of women come on their own. Someone will say hi before the music starts, and most stay for the Saturday coffee.
