3 weeks at any of our 3 locations: Takapuna, Ellerslie and Grey Lynn. Includes Saturday morning coffee catchups with the team and other members (Takapuna and Ellerslie.)

❋ Nutrition Guide

No tracking. No rules. No clean eating reset that collapses by Wednesday. This guide gives you the real, science-backed foundations of nourishment in a way that is actually liveable. It is designed for a woman who is already exhausted and does not have the capacity for another system to manage. It will not tell you what not to eat. It will help you understand what actually supports your energy, your mood, and your body, so you can make choices that come from care rather than control.

Before you can build momentum, you need to know what you actually want. Not what sounds right, not what you think you should want, but what genuinely matters to you right now. This guide is not a vision board exercise. It is a journalling framework that helps you get underneath the noise and get honest about where you want to be by the end of 2026. No pressure. No performance. Just a quiet space to think clearly, probably for the first time in a while.

The gap between where you are and where you want to be is not closed by willpower. It is closed by small, repeatable actions done consistently enough that they become part of who you are. This guide identifies the micro-habits that actually move the needle and gives you a downloadable tracker so you can see yourself following through. Because watching yourself do what you said you would do is one of the most quietly powerful things you can experience.

How It Works
  • Your 3 weeks start the first class you attend. Book any class on the schedule.

    This does not automatically roll on to a 6 month commitment. Your first class must start before August 1st 2026.

  • Each guide arrives in your inbox on a Sunday morning at 8am. They're beautiful, editable PDFs, fully printable too. The Nutrition Guide was created in collaboration with O23 Nutrition in Australia, and includes high value tips direct to your inbox over the 4 weeks.

  • Weekly email support to keep you feeling connected and accountable. Includes tips, journaling prompts and added guidance related to goal setting, mindset, habits and nutrition.

  • Personal check-ins from Anna ( the founder) to see how you're going.

  • Real women, real community. In person at coffee catchups in Takapuna and Ellerslie.
