I agree that I do not have any conditions that will impair my ability to attend and complete a class safely
I agree that any injury incurred as a result of the class is my responsibility.

Changes in Covid-19 Alert levels may enforce a reduction in class capacity and/or result in class cancellation. If you are unable to attend a class due to Covid-19 interruptions, your credit will be returned to your account for use in future.
Please ensure you act in line with being a good person a.k.a. the Ministry of Health guidelines. This means:
Booking online via the website – no walk-ins or cash payments
Signing in on arrival
Cancelling your booking if you’re showing any cold or flu-like symptoms
Being respectful of fellow participants' personal space.

We use third party software Punchpass and Stripe for purchases and bookings. When you purchase a Class Pass you are purchasing credit to be used towards booking classes. The credit is not “charged” until you sign in at class. When you cancel a booking, the credit remains in your account.
Bookings are essential, please do not turn up without a booking.
One account per person. If you forget your login details, avoid creating a new account and contact us instead.
If you think you might not be able to make it to a class you’ve booked, please cancel your booking as soon as possible.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. If you make a cancellation less than 12 hours prior to the class start time, or you don’t cancel and don’t show up, you’ll be charged for the class as if you were there (because your spot could have been taken by somebody else)
If you can’t make it to class for reasons outside of your control (i.e. illness or injury) and you’ve missed the cancellation window, send us a message or email.
If you book for a class that is full you’ll be added to the waitlist and emailed as soon as a spot opens up. If you receive that email, you still need to book, please do not turn up without a booking. Note that all those on the waitlist are sent the same email at the same time so book it fast to avoid missing out.
If you book but do not cancel and do not show for class 5 times you’ll be restricted from making bookings. Please contact us to undo the restriction.

The free trial (First Time Free) is available to new customers only. Please do not attempt to avail of a free trial if you have been to a Rush or Studio 1 Dance Fitness class before.
One free trial per person.
If you book a class with limited capacity using your free trial, and you don’t cancel it and don’t show up to class, you will lose the free trial. (Because someone else could have taken your spot).
